Your level grows with everything you wager, win or lose. Every level pays a one-time bonus, and higher tiers return more of the house edge as rakeback. From Bronze you also unlock daily, weekly and monthly bonuses worth 5%, 7.000000000000001% and 10% of the house edge (1%) on that period's wagering.
Blackjack and Video Poker wagers count 25% toward VIP, rewards and the weekly race, because those games keep a smaller edge. The weekly race needs at least 1,000.00 wagered that week to win a prize.
